• D’Pristine Medini – Updated October 2015

  • D’Pristine Medini was our biggest investment recommendation in year 2013 and Alpha Marketing members invested more than 100 units valued at RM71 million.

    We loved the project basically for the following reasons:

    • Super prime location in Medini – many projects in Medini claim many things about their location, but D’Pristine Medini outshines them all. Just across the street in barely 3 minutes walking distance is Legoland, Mall of Medini, Gleneagles Hospital and Temasek’s Urban Wellness project.
    • Mixed development means more people – With Nusajaya basically in a growth stage, a key indicator is the ability to generate jobs and population growth. As a mixed development with a 4 star hotel, Grade A office tower and 600,000 sqft GFA shopping mall, we see D’Pristine Medini having bigger ability to generate population growth compared to the stand alone residential condos here.
    • Good Timing – Launched in mid 2013 with completion in early 2018, it has the advantages of early bird pricing and completion to coincide with more maturity in the Medini area.

    Construction has now reached the 3rd floor as of September 2015.

    The 4 star hotel will have an international operator announced soon. A brand that is also operating in Singapore today. The office tower is under advanced negotiations to be sold en-bloc to a Malaysian government linked entity. The retail mall is seeking an anchor tenant from a tourism perspective, complementing Legoland which is just across the street. So things look good.
